Justin and Ria Hook opened Hook Designs in 2015 and we have been making Custom Size Giftboxes since then. We strive to deliver the best quality boxes, while still keeping to the deadlines.
All of our boxes are manufactured in house. We do not utilise dies, so we dont have a minimum quantity and we can do almost any size box. We are always willing to try something new. We started off just doing base and lid boxes, and have since expanded our range of styles.

Do you export boxes to other Countries?
We do not export our boxes, but you are welcome to collect your order locally.
What Are your Lead Times
Lead times are dependent on your requirements, however most orders will be completed withing 5-7 working days. We will let you know the estimated completion date once we have received your order
How can I contact your couriers?
When booking a courier, we will include your email and cell number so that you are included in all notifications from the Courier Company.
How do I track my order?
You are welcome to contact us at any time to get an update on you order progress. If for any reason outside of our control we are unable to meet your deadline we will contact you.
What are your delivery options?
Since there is so many variations when ordering boxes(The Size of the Boxes, Quantity), It is not possible for us to estimate the Courier Cost immediatly, we will get a estimated quote from the Courier Company and add it to the Invoice, or you are welcome to collect.
